This is a test! But while I'm here I might as well tell you about my personal thoughts on running. I'm been running for the better part of the last 10 years. Some of my favorite memories are looking at an empty road ahead of me while I work, somewhat unconsciously, to control my breathing, thinking only about absolutely nothing. On the surface, I run to stay in shape. But more than anything, I run to stay level headed. I think there's something incredibly therapeutic about continuously staying in motion, thinking about nothing, or, being forced to address the issues that I try so hard to keep at bay.
Running makes me deal with these things, and I that's why I love it. I've run all over the Los Angeles area, from back road excursion hikes to organized 5k and 10k events. This Blog will serve as my Journal to chronicle my running endeavors, but also note my philosophy on it as well as offer tips and advice for any active or future enthusiasts! Welcome!
